This is definitely the best agency you can find in London. In a city where other agencies only care about the money and... don’t care at all about their tenants, we were really lucky to find them. Indeed, we ended up staying with them for 1 year and 8 months. They really care about making their tenants happy and they are always available to solve any issue. Not to mention that they offer cleaning, virgin media super-fast wi-fi and tv licence included in the price. We also had our own fridge, 4 people in the house with 2 fridges, not something you see in every house in London. Any time you need something it gets sorted in less than 24 hours. No need to chase them to get what you need. Just say it once and it will be done, asap. Incredible.I have nothing to complain about. Really sad to leave them.I wish they had rooms everywhere in London.Well done Mauricio and Julian, you are doing such a great job. Keep it up!read more

After some bad experiences with different agencies, me and my girlfriend knew Julian and Mauricio and their letting... agency "Room Made Easy". We lived in a nice ensuite double bedroom in Harringay for 1 year and we never had a single problem, and for every needed Julian, Mauricio and Miguel were always kind, friendly and helpful. I can just say positive things about their agency and even if their rooms are a little expensive, the quality of their houses and the services that they offer are the best, and quality has to be paid! I moved down to London and spent 18 months in one of the rooms on Green Lanes. I've got nothing but positive things to... say about the flat, housemates and the landlords.You can see lots of great comments regarding Mauricio and Julian and I can't not add to them! Great, friendly guys and always good to see them around. Besides that, they always responded quickly to any issues and dealt with them ASAP.The property itself was fantastic and I felt it gave me great value for my money. Moving down to London I wanted to keep track of my expenses so not having to worry about any costs outside the rent I was paying was a major bonus. The property was also in great condition and having a cleaner is always useful.If I hadn't been able to benefit from "mates rates" elsewhere then I'd still be there now. If I ever need to look for rental properties again these guys will be the first people I head to, which I think speaks volumes!read more
